Why do I have store credit?
You can receive store credit if you have sent in stamps using the trade-in lists. When your shipment has been processed, a credit is created with which you can shop on the webshop. It can also happen that you receive a credit when you have returned products or an item was not available in your order. In this case, the credit can be paid out at your request.
