What does the status of my order mean?
When your order has been paid for and activated, you will receive an order confirmation. If your order is complete, your order will receive a confirmation aswell, your order will be given the status complete.
If you were logged in while ordering, you can view the interim statuses of your order on your account page on the website.
These are all statusses that are used:
Pending = Waiting for payment
Processing = Your order is in process
Order picked = Order parts are on its way to our distribution center
Ready to ship = All order parts arrived at our distribution centre
Complete = Your order is handed over to the mail service
