Has my order already been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. If your order is sent by registered / insured mail, you will also receive a tracking number with which you can track the shipment. Normally it takes up to five business days for your order to be shipped to you. If for some reason your order has been delayed, we will contact you about this.

Where can I find the barcode to track my order?

Why does it take up to 5 working days for my order to be shipped?
Once your order has been placed with us, it will be distributed to our partners throughout the country. These partial orders are then sent to our head office in Haarlem and as soon as the entire order is complete, it will be sent to you.
